How Does It Work

Joining the Costume Buyers Club is straightforward. Here’s the step-by-step process and how the membership model functions:

Introduction & Membership Enrolment

  • Studio signs up as a member of the Club (there’s a membership fee which covers administration, sourcing, quality assurance and logistics).
  • Upon joining, members receive member-only tools such as our measurement calculator (pre-loaded with size-charts from popular brands worldwide) and guides on maximising
    profit from costumes.

Order Windows & Bulk Consolidation

  • We open defined “order windows” — this allows multiple studios to place orders in the same timeframe so we can pool units and negotiate lower unit cost.
  • Pricing tiers apply:
    o Under 20 units = $49.50 each
    o 21-100 units = $47.50 each
    o 101+ units = $44.20 each
    o 200+ units = $42.40 each

Sourcing, Logistics & Delivery

  • We identify the best factory or supplier, manage quality control, handle international and domestic shipping, customs and logistics.
  • Once units are consolidated, costumes are delivered to a central warehouse and then forwarded to each studio — smoothing the process and reducing per-studio logistics cost.
  • Member dashboards allow studios to see upcoming order windows, pricing tiers, and place their selections.
